About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Assistant Manager – Quick Commerce to manage and grow Kitchen Treasures’ presence across leading Q-Com platforms. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end operations, drive online sales performance, and collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations and performance across Quick-Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
- Drive visibility, assortment, and sales growth through effective online campaigns and listings.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to ensure stock availability and timely promotions.
- Analyze platform data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners
- Support new product launches and promotions on Q-Com platforms.
- Ensure pricing, visibility, and content accuracy across all listings.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Food, Spices & Masala industry
- Strong exposure to E-commerce / Q-Com operations (experience with Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, etc. preferred).
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Confident, self-driven, and capable of managing Q-Com business independently.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of online sales, marketplace management, and digital trade strategies
