Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Oversee end-to-end AR process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Review credit control processes and manage customer credit limits.
Accounts Payable(AP):
- Supervise vendor invoice processing, verification, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor AP aging and ensure timely settlement of vendor dues.
- Review vendor reconciliations and resolve disputes.
Market Development and Retail Engagement:
- Expand the retailer network by focusing on General Trade outlets and identifying and onboarding new outlets for competitive reach
- Develop relationship with top outlets and explore opportunities to partner with alternate channels
- Increase counter share through targeted engagement with key retailers.
- Implement range selling and ensure optimal product placement to minimize damage returns and maximize sales.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive product awareness
General:
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR & AP.
- Assist in audits (internal, statutory, GST) by providing necessary data and clarifications.
- Ensure process improvements and automation in AR/AP functions.
- Prepare MIS reports related to AR/AP and present to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- CA Inter / ICWA 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. heads-on experience in ERP systems (SAP ).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
