Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage and guide our team of Promoters and Merchandisers. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent in-store execution, drive trade marketing initiatives, and maintain high standards of brand visibility and product placement across stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Promoters and Merchandisers to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
• Ensure effective in-store execution of brand and promotional activities.
• Coordinate trade marketing campaigns and monitor their impact at store level.
• Train and motivate the team to maintain consistent performance and productivity.
• Report on team performance, coverage, and execution quality to the Marketing Head.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align in-store activities with business goals.

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in trade marketing, promoter/merchandiser management, or FMCG field marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail in execution.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
